can miscarriages be harmful to a womans health?

I’m doing a project on miscarriages and i nedd the answer. thank you.

That is a complicated question. If you don’t see a doctor to ensure that the miscarriage was complete, then the retained tissue could cause infection or other problems. For a complete, uncomplicated miscarriage with no underlying issues, no, it would not harm the woman’s health.
